HERE'S THE DEAL ABOUT SUMMER FESTIVAL!
FLEA MARKET -- Dave and Nan Kane, coordinators
You name it, and you will probably find it here! In fact, you will
most likely even find items you cannot name!
Also, Central folks can sell their own items out of their vehicle
trunks or tailgates. The trade-off here is that they will be donating
50% of their profits to the SUMMER FESTIVAL. Now that's a win/win!
Let Dave and Nan know if you can donate items and/or help. Flea
Market items are being stored in a Preschool Classroom. That room
definitely has more space to fill, so let's start going through those
closets, drawers, basements, attics, and garages. You know that you
have STUFF you don't need, so why hang on to it! Here's your perfect
out! START CLEANING, GANG!
Special muscle will be needed to "tear down" and put away at the end of
the Festival. Last year many folks left at 1:30 and simply forgot that
the Good Fairy would NOT be showing up with her magic wand to make
messes disappear. Let's rally this year!
FOOD COURT -- Kim Cantrell, coordinator
Kim and her crew will be providing breakfast and lunch. Therefore,
contact her to offer your assistance and to donate food and drink items
that she will need. Call Kim to tell her that you will provide a case of
bottled water or 12-pack of soda/pop. She will gladly tell you what
kind of food items are needed. COME ON, FOLKS!
CHILDREN'S CORNER -- Joan Kennison, coordinator
See Joan to offer your assistance, time, and energy. You know that
you love kids and will have a blast helping them play games or paint
their faces or whatever Joan has lined up. Here's your chance to feel
